April 18, 2022:
C Corporation and Individual tax returns or extensions are due.
The first of your four estimated quarterly payments are also due.
May 15, 2022
Annual Texas franchise tax reports are due today.
June/September 15th, 2022, and January 17, 2023:
Estimated quarterly payments are due, or they are due on the following Monday if the above dates fall on a weekend.
September 15, 2022:
Final filing deadline for S Corporations and Partnerships that were approved for a tax extension.
October 15, 2022:
Final filing deadline for sole proprietorships and C Corporations that were approved for a filing extension.
Texas sales tax monthly reports are due on the 20th of every month.
